Overview:
Golden Steps ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff
• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments and recurring assessments as needed
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:
• Current BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within one month
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
