Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Tractor Supply Company in Hickory. This role will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing inbound and outbound freight, and ensuring a smooth supply chain operation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards
  • Process inbound and outbound freight, including receiving and shipping merchandise
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cash registers
  • Provide legendary customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Participate in mandatory freight processes and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
