Automotive Refinish Specialist

We are a family-owned auto body shop located in Alto, GA. Our team is looking for an entry-level Automotive Refinish Specialist to support our technicians as they work on vehicle exteriors.

The estimated salary for this position is $19.00/hour, depending on skill level and experience. In this role, you will provide critical support for our technicians as they service vehicle exteriors. You will assist with preparing cars for paint, refinishing them, and polishing them before returning them to our customers.

• Sand parts and panels that need paint and prepare them for prime.
• Apply primers, sealers, basecoat, and clear coat as needed.
• Blend panels as required.
• Use finishing abrasives, sanding products, and buffing equipment to refine all finished textures.

You must be willing to complete I-CAR and other training. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as be able to pass a drug test upon hire.
