Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Assistant to join Live and Growth Health Care's team. The selected candidate will work directly with individuals with physical disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities, assisting them in achieving their personal daily living goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily independent living skills, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Prepare nutritious meals, clean, and transport clients to medical appointments and community outings, promoting a healthy and comfortable living environment.
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties, fostering open collaboration and coordination.
  • Administer medications, record charting data, and address any issues that may arise, exercising sound problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum age of 21 years old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in personal care or related fields
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
