**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hospitality Company in New York, NY. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for operating the Food and Beverage Departments within our partner hotel, Sheraton Tribeca.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle cash transactions, operate a cash register, and manage daily sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Learn and execute menu items, point of sale systems, and daily procedures

**Requirements**

  • Outgoing personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-service, fast-paced, casual fine dining restaurant
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and liquors
