Tempo Kitchen & Bar is seeking a skilled and attentive Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.
  • Order Taking: Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system to process transactions.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and correct orders, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve any customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Table Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-service and fine dining with wine service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits a plus.
