Key ResponsibilitiesRole Expectations
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating care for patients. Your duties will include:
- Administering prescribed medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Providing respiratory care and managing ventilators for patients.
- Acting as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Documenting and communicating patient conditions using computerized systems.
- Assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Required Credentials
- Active RN licensure in Tennessee or a compact state.
- Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer from a non-ICU setting.
- Preferred: At least one year of clinical nursing experience.
- No travel required.
