Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor Expert to join our team at Her Song. As a Professional Counselor, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing support, referrals, and resources to survivors of human trafficking.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments, goal setting, and service linkage for survivors of human trafficking.
  • Facilitate trauma-informed care through regularly scheduled counseling sessions and impromptu counseling as needed.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for each client, ensuring a strengths-based approach.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for residential program and lead trainings on a weekly basis with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited college.
  • Holds or working towards an LPC license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in individual and group counseling with traumatized individuals.
  • Skilled in leading effective counseling groups and staff training.

$65,000 - $80,000 per year.
