Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and formulate recommendations for drug therapy based on current literature and established standards of practice.
  • Directly supervise supportive personnel and serve as a resource for drug information.
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of medications and serve as a member of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACCP accredited school/college of pharmacy.
  • Eligible or currently licensed in the State of Maine.
  • Work experience as a patient care pharmacist involved in patient monitoring and drug therapy review is preferred.
