**Job Summary**
Skyland Ranch is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Park Services Custodian to join our team. As a Park Services Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our park grounds, common areas, and buildings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain an inviting and sanitary environment for our guests in assigned areas.
- Clean up spills as necessary, both indoors and outdoors, in areas such as restrooms, food and retail shops, roadways, pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, common areas, and storage areas.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail of cleanliness in assigned restrooms.
- Restock and keep track of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning materials, etc. in assigned areas.
- Complete all quality control paperwork in assigned areas as required.
- Empty trash cans located in assigned areas as needed.
- Keep all rolling carts and trash cans clean, including lids and can liners, as well as the inside and outside of the trash cans.
- Collect all trash and place in the appropriate containers, as well as keeping dumpster areas clean and clear of safety hazards.
- Initiate friendly interaction with our park guests.
- Notify Supervisors and park Management of any safety issues within the park.
- Work varying hours and at different areas when needed.
- Follow all safety standards, including reporting any violation of standards.
