Position Overview
Role Summary:
The Tax Principal will collaborate closely with a partner to manage client engagements, organize tasks, track progress, and perform final reviews. This position necessitates substantial experience as a CPA or EA, along with the capability to supervise engagements of varying complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients promptly
- Take full ownership of engagements, including preparation when necessary
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior staff and mentees
- Engage in business development through acquiring new clients and expanding services
- Represent the firm in professional and community organizations
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and participation in firm committees
- Exhibit expertise in Real Estate and Partnership taxation
Qualifications:
A minimum of seven years of public accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent license are essential for this role.
