### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team at Jobot. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying metal parts using a variety of machining tools and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical blueprints will be essential in ensuring accurate production.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create, modify, and repair metal parts using CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, grinders, and sanders
* Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production
* Operate and maintain various machines, including CNC mills and lathes
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications

### Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment
* Proven experience with CNC programming and operation of CNC mills and lathes
* Extensive knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment
* Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
