- Operate with Efficiency and Effectiveness: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare community to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Perform regular station and squad maintenance, focusing on areas of safety and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are present and in good working order.
- Meet Regulatory Requirements: Obtain and maintain all licensures and training required by the State of Wisconsin for this position.
- Drive Safely and Responsibly: Demonstrate the ability to operate company vehicles safely, exhibiting knowledge of proper driving procedures and response tactics.
- Education and Training: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and a current/valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license with Critical Care endorsement.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current/valid American Heart Association CPR card or similar curriculum certification, and a current/valid Drivers License.
- Experience and Skills: 2+ years of experience in a Paramedic role, with the ability to function productively in individual and team environments, and in potentially highly stressful situations.
