We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at Mount Carmel East. This part-time weekend shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of Ultrasound procedures to support Inpatient units and the Emergency department.
  • Work independently and efficiently to manage Emergency Department workflow.
  • Create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care.
  • Ensure an environment of patient safety, promote evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives, and exhibit professionalism.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Ultrasound program.
  • Registered as a Sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or Registry eligible, with specialties in abdomen, obstetrics and gynecology, and other appropriate areas.
