Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dietary Specialist to work closely with our healthcare team to develop individualized therapeutic plans for patients with specialized needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring nutritional status, laboratory values, medications, dialysis kinetics, adherence, and response to diet and/or other nutrition therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans for patients with specialized needs.
  • Monitor nutritional status, laboratory values, medications, dialysis kinetics, adherence, and response to diet and/or other nutrition therapy.
  • Document all clinical actions in the electronic medical record.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • At least three years of dietetic experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completed state-approved certification program for a Registered Dietitian or Certified Diabetic Educator.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support techniques.
