In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders.

- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for clinical fellowship year.
- Current state licensure.
