About the Role

This Business Analyst position is responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Agile development environment and be able to support program and project management staff with story lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Support program and project management staff with story lifecycle management, including creating and managing requirements, developing supporting artifacts, and assisting with the development of acceptance criteria.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, including user manuals, instructional guides, and policy documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years' experience working in an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps platform or equivalent tools.

• 4-5 years' demonstrated ability to develop artifacts using tools such as MS PowerPoint; and MS Excel, MS word, Visio, Lucid Chart or other diagramming software.

• 4-5 years' experience functioning as a BA on a large-scale enterprise level application.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Ability to interact with a diverse group composed of various lines of business and technical staff.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
