Job Title: Master Technician

At Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube, we are seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex brake system issues, including brake pad replacement and brake fluid flushes.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and tire rotations.
  • Use our computer system to provide accurate estimates for parts and labor.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure all work is completed to standard.
  • Provide training and supervision to the store's apprentice teammate.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of automotive experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on brake systems.
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in A5 - Brakes Certification.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
