Frontline Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Operate a cash register and process member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
