Worship Pastor

We are seeking a skilled Worship Leader to join our team at Ministrylist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the congregation in gospel-centered worship through music in our weekly gatherings.

• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and elders in planning the weekly worship gathering.
• Plan and prepare songs for the weekly gathering while coordinating with other musicians as necessary.
• Help recruit, train, and develop musicians and vocalists within the congregation and create volunteer schedules for worship gatherings.
• Participate in staff/elder meetings as necessary.
• Help with sound engineering, set up and tear down, and other miscellaneous ministry duties as necessary.

• A follower of Christ and committed to the local church.
• A proficient vocalist to lead congregational singing and lead musically from one instrument (preferably a guitar or a piano).
• A willingness to participate in ministry leadership development as directed by church leadership.
