We are seeking a skilled RN Fellow to join our Critical Care team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Critical Care RN Fellow, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to critically ill patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
