- MAB: Management of Assaultive Behavior
- Tech Cert Verification: National
- State License Verification: Required
- NURSYS Verification: RN, LPN/LVN, AP
- Submit all RTO upfront.
- Maintain current work history within the past year; acute care experience is mandatory.
- Utilize InterQual guidelines for admissions.
- Conduct patient assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Possess knowledge of adoption/foster care, substance abuse treatment, and mental health issues.
- Experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Facilitate family meetings and contribute to treatment plan development.
- Work with HMOs, IPAs, and manage DME, SNF, and ambulance transport independently.
- Acute care experience is essential.
- Familiarity with InterQual admission criteria.
- Knowledge of various patient care scenarios, including mental health and substance abuse.
- Epic experience is advantageous.
- All RTO must be submitted upfront.
- Clinicians must have a current work history within the past year.
