Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

We are currently seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at a prestigious medical facility in Hannibal, Missouri.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular exams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Operate ultrasound equipment, including adjusting settings and taking images
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in ultrasound technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
