We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Jefferson Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of patients referred for occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- 0-2 years of clinical experience required; 1 year preferred.
- Valid PA state license in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification required.
- BLS and CPR certification required.
- Meet requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including background checks.
