Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Prepare and execute payment orders via checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
• Maintain and update financial records, including digital files for all invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in invoice payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in processing of accounts payable.
• Assist with month end close.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ years AP experience.
• Proficiency in managing and processing invoices.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
