Heavy Equipment Operator - Aggregates

We are seeking a mechanically inclined, safety-oriented Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy equipment in our quarry environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate haul trucks, loaders, water trucks, track hoes, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a quarry or construction environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
