Glen Raven is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Spinning Department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the Spinning Machine to produce high-quality spun packages. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and production of our products.

• Operate the Spinning Machine to produce spun packages, adhering to strict quality and production standards.
• Monitor and maintain the machine's performance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet Glen Raven's high standards.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a textile manufacturing environment, preferably in a spinning or winding department.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, with the ability to lift and move packages up to 10 pounds.
