Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our power plant operations in the US - Region 6. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned power plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and guiding plant personnel in safety, production, maintenance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned power plants in the US - Region 6, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Develop and maintain regional staffing strategies, ensuring timely execution and successful support of O&M contractual requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Contract Management to ensure adherence to negotiated obligations for each site within the US region.
• Support O&M BD in supplying technical, inventory, mobilization, and staffing strategies to secure future growth in the O&M portfolio.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate values, complying with all regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, reliability, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the mobilization of all new US Power Plants and the fleet inventory strategy and process for all NA sites.
• Estimated travel expected = 25%.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in the utility or energy industry, encompassing operations, maintenance, performance reporting, and outage management.
• Preferred: BS in business management or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: MBA or other related Business qualifications is highly desirable.
