Your Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
  • Ensuring the plan of care addresses all identified patient needs and documents rationale if necessary.
  • Supervising home health aides when an RN is not actively involved in the case.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy specific to your assigned state.
  • Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Eligibility for or successful completion of the NBCOT entry-level certification examination.
  • One year of related occupational therapy experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
