As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
- Ensuring the plan of care addresses all identified patient needs and documents rationale if necessary.
- Supervising home health aides when an RN is not actively involved in the case.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
- Current license to practice occupational therapy specific to your assigned state.
- Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
- Eligibility for or successful completion of the NBCOT entry-level certification examination.
- One year of related occupational therapy experience.
- Current CPR certification.
