Chief of Staff Opportunity at Genesis Therapeutics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Genesis Therapeutics. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and driving the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, including coordination of key meetings and projects
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and the executive team, facilitating internal communications and decision-making
  • Develop and implement processes for internal communications and decision-making, including optimizing meeting schedules and delegating decision-making responsibility to the appropriate teams
  • Collate and produce board meeting slides, set agendas for key meetings, and help institute quarterly and yearly planning processes across the organization
  • Identify areas of success and help determine how to further enable that success and/or spread learnings to other relevant parts of the organization
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience gained in a Chief of Staff or Corporate Strategy role in biotech, AI, or a strategy consulting firm that provides services to biotech companies
  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with an ability to develop and execute complex strategies involving scientific and business model breakthroughs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or other STEM-related fields. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, if required, approximately 10% of the time
