Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all building-related systems and the building envelope to ensure the safety of our guests, associates, and vendors.

You will be expected to perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis, assist with report work orders, and make minor repairs and replacements as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and curb appeal, refurbishing furniture and fixtures, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.

Requirements

Vocational schooling, military training, certification, and/or experience in building-related trades are required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry. Hotel experience is preferred.

You must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences is also required.
