Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background to join our team in Colorado Springs. This position focuses on serving pregnant and postpartum women with pelvic floor and core dysfunctions in a slower-paced, cash-based practice.
You will work in private 60-minute treatment sessions, allowing you to provide creative, results-driven care that addresses spine, hip, and pelvic pain.
This role is perfect for therapists who value autonomy, holistic healing, and making a real impact in patients' lives while achieving a healthy work-life balance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year's experience treating women's health/pelvic floor patients, preferably prenatal and postpartum.
- Strong orthopedic background, particularly in addressing spine, hip, and pelvic pain.
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques and pelvic floor assessments.
- Able to recommend and sell cash-based plans of care.
- Creative, with a desire to educate and engage through workshops, marketing, and social media.
- Growth mindset, team-oriented, and confident in achieving patient outcomes.
- Experience treating conditions like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and birth trauma.
- Accrued paid time off and CEU allowance.
