Job Title: Systems Analyst I

Join Marcus Theatres as a Systems Analyst I and contribute to the success of our theatre systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting our theatre systems to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot theatre POS, loyalty, website/app, ecommerce, and timekeeping systems.
  • Perform system development tasks, including business requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Integrate and develop reports in MS SQL reporting services and MS SQL integration services.
  • Respond to business support requests and provide high-level support for all theatre systems.
  • Coordinate support services and act as a primary contact with vendors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Requires two to four years of systems development or application management related experience.
  • Requires a working knowledge of the MS SQL tool set and development skills.
  • One plus year of prior experience with project management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:

The employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand and/or walk occasionally. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
