Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is a per diem position, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.

About the Role

As a home health SLP, you will work with patients to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and goals. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in speech therapy.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to patient locations.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Benefits and Compensation

This per diem position offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $75 to $100 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
