- Evaluate and address discomfort and nausea in accordance with medical directives.
- Offer nourishment to patients who are alert and able to respond.
- Instruct patients on aftercare protocols for recovery at home.

- Ensure proper handling of intravenous lines, tubes, drains, and catheters.

- Understand anesthetic methods and their potential interactions.
- Adhere strictly to all organizational policies and protocols.
