Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Orthopedic/Trauma unit, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic and trauma nursing practices.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including telemetry and post-operative care.
- Participate in unit-specific quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Experience in orthopedic and trauma nursing, with a focus on post-operative care and telemetry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read telemetry strips and interpret patient data.
- Shifts: 7P - 7A
- Number of Beds: 27
