Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans to enhance students' academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to provide individualized support and ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
- Implement school-based occupational therapy services, including training and support for school staff, to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the student's journey.
- OT degree and state licensure are essential for this role.
- Experience in school-based therapy practices and effective communication and collaboration skills are highly valued.
