MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to fill a travel position in Raton, New Mexico.

Job Requirements

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis.

Responsibilities
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
  • Set controls on CT equipment, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as needed
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast media as required
  • Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
  • Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate images, and label them appropriately
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
  • Charge procedures and supplies to patient records
  • Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients
