  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of supplies and materials necessary for facilities maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the custodial team to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Develop and implement a plan to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities are maintained in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal/Custodian Foreman.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Valid Alabama Driver's License required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
