**EXTRA INCOME OPPORTUNITY**FLEXIBLE PART-TIME HOURS**BE A PART OF A DEDICATED TEAM**

CLEANING TECHNICIAN - PART TIME/NIGHTS

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - SATURDAY

SHIFT: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE

AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE U.S. IS ESSENTIAL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, waste collection and disposal, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
  • Order necessary supplies and report maintenance needs for equipment.
  • Ensure that assigned equipment is kept in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic interpersonal skills to interact with the public and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
  • Capability to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Ability to lift a specified weight.
