Job Summary

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Case Manager to join our team. As a Travel Nurse RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and case management services in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to adult patients in various inpatient units, including medical/telemetry, orthopedic/spine, and general surgery.
  • Float between units to ensure continuity of care and develop relationships with the care team.
  • Assist with durable medical equipment, home health, and post-acute placements, such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, adult foster homes, and assisted living.
  • Work with community partners to arrange plans and secure authorization from insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and case management activities.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and certification in case management.
  • Experience in acute care case management and travel nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
