Senior Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at Silver Air Private Jets. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet while collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive maintenance activities for specific aircraft, including repairs, modifications, and scheduling.
- Develop and execute a maintenance strategy for assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the Aircraft Resource Manager and other departments to streamline maintenance operations.
- Oversee AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, ensuring prompt resolution and aircraft return to service.
- Provide on-site support during owner departures to enhance customer experience.
- Implement cost control measures related to maintenance, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including logs and inspection reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Lead monthly discussions to review owner statements and collaborate with stakeholders for process efficiency.
- Proactively manage the return to service of aircraft, working with internal teams and vendors for timely outcomes.
- Establish and nurture relationships with maintenance vendors to enhance accountability and service quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance tech or as a maintenance controller is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Part 135 operations is preferred.
- A&P License is required.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking software such as CAMP or Flight Docs is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented with the capability to contribute effectively to the organization and its clients.
