Scale House Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Steele, AL location. As a Scale House Administrator, you will play a critical role in the success of our plant by managing data entry, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry and inventory control processes
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system
  • Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management
Requirements:
  • High School / GED
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
