Job Summary:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for monitoring driver performance, investigating accidents, and administering compliance forms, reporting, and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor driver pre and post trip inspections and equipment issues, taking corrective action as needed.
- Perform driver road checks and observe drivers for work readiness.
- Perform IPP Safety contacts with drivers, correcting safety violations on the scene.
- Dispatch and drive routes as needed.
- Assist management with driver interviews.
- Monitor on-time performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience dealing with collision and injury claims a plus.
- Prior School Bus Driver experience preferred.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.
