Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.

• Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components to ensure the building's overall maintenance.

• Adhere to all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain and complete all required records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Follow all safety rules and practices, and participate in safety committees or initiatives to promote a culture of safety.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's efforts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
• Ability to install hardware and perform minor repairs.
