Pediatric and Adult Speech Language Pathologist with Travel Opportunities

About the Position:This position involves assessing patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult patients, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be willing to travel and work in different healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Create personalized treatment plans to improve communication abilities and address specific patient needs.
- Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress throughout treatment.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current SLP license in the United States.
