Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing learning and professional development through our Clinical Rounds program.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development through Clinical Rounds
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in New York, obtained before your One Medical start date
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $211,000 to $225,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Our total compensation package also includes annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
