Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Solutions Engineer to join our team at RIT Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise voice solutions using Cisco platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Add/Move/Changes (MACDs) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) to provide enterprise voice services for large-scale deployments.
  • Experience with MACDs on Cisco Unity Voicemail and troubleshooting complex enterprise VOIP issues on Cisco platforms.
  • Design and implement dial plans utilizing Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX) and program/provision/decommission Cisco desk phones for customers.
  • Provision Cisco Jabber Soft Phones and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Lead the conversion of our on-prem Cisco CUCM instance to a cloud-based Webex calling platform over a period of 5 years.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, and other Cisco platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise voice communications, including VOIP and dial plan design.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
