Key Responsibilities
Culinary managers are responsible for adhering to and enforcing TP standards, policies, and procedures. Maintaining consistency of the Turning Point brand, embodying the company culture, and upholding fresh food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation practices are essential.
Adequate training and cross-training of team members, creating a safe and fun work environment, and driving your team to serve dishes properly seasoned, cooked, plated, and served expeditiously are key aspects of the role.
