We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at RockBox Fitness. As a Boxing/Kickboxing Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy classes that push our members to new heights. If you're passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-designed workouts in a cardio boxing/kickboxing and functional strength training environment
- Assure arena/studio cleanliness and adhere to overall strategy to provide an exceptional member experience
- Couch first-time and experienced members, and ensure they have a phenomenal experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase retention and drive sales
What We Offer: Competitive salary ($40,000 - $60,000 per year), plus commission on personal training sessions and sales of nutrition supplements and gear/apparel. Opportunities for growth and development, and a fun, supportive work environment.
